Seriously, we had a wonderful Easter. Johnny's sermon was great, the boys sat with me during sunrise service. That alone thrilled me! The fact that they can actually sit through a sermon and behave halfway decent just made my day! Of course, they were tired, but it still counts! We didn't go anywhere for dinner, we cooked a nice lunch here with just the four of us and then took the boys to see "African Cats" at the theater after naptime. It was just a wonderful day!
This is what inevitably happens when the boys have are anywhere near each other! Notice Caden's wet pants. He had been helping Johnny clean the baptistry the day before and got away from us at church and was in the baptistry again... only this time it was full!
This was Caden's dessert plate. He literally licked it clean... he's his Mama's boy!
No pictures, but today is mine and Johnny's birthday. We didn't have plans, just church and home. I was going to fix shrimp alfredo, but Luke and Nadine invited us over for dinner, so we accepted! This weekend we're going to see "Phantom of the Opera" at the local high school and we're going to a new mexican restaurant we've not been to. Then next week we're going to a Japanese restuarant downtown and out to see the movie "Thor" Our birthday is exactly between Easter and Mother's Day. Weird.

Did you like African Cats? I've thought about going to see it. Not that it matters; if there's popcorn involved, I'm a happy girl.
Oh, you would have been so disappointed if you had been with us. Corban spilled the WHOLE bag of popcorn about 10 minutes into the movie! Yes, I did enjoy the movie, but probably more because the boys were enjoying it. I wouldn't have paid to go see it in the theater for myself.
